You'd need some custom tuning to take advantage of a cam swap...

Nope. You need to find a CMR dealer.

Check out a performance website like Inertia Motorsports or High Horse Performance. They offer stand-alone cams as well as cam/head packages for the LX platform, one of which will no doubt suit your needs. Your best friend will become your DiabloSport tuner and DS software. You need to be comfortable flashing software and uploading/downloading programs.

When you buy a cam or heads/cam package you will get a base tune that safely gets your car running. There are a variety of people who can then tune your car by email but imo it's a good idea to use the same people you bought your package from. Again, most will offer this service and most of them are darn good.

Personally, I got an SRT Max camshaft, a set of ported standard valve performance heads, and a ported 6.1L intake from Inertia Motorsports and then a whole schwack of other goodies from High Horse Performance. All of it was shipped to Northern Alberta and I have nothing but good things to report on those two vendors.

Good luck,

Check this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrysler_LX_platform

Another great source of information: www.LXForums.com

Your Aspen might be on the LY platform, you will have to do some research...

Have fun,

Aspen is on the Durangos platform. Nothing for the LX/LY will work on the Aspen other then engine internals. You'll probably have better luck with WK and Grand Cherokee stuff.
