MPG boost tune

Hi, I'm new here. Just wanted to know if I can run the MPG Boost Tune with a CIA and magnaflo muffler, or should I get a custom tune.
This is for a 2010 ram 1500 hemi with U7137 predator

is there any loss or boost in power (hp/torque) compared to the the stock tune?
