Map voltage ?

2003 dodge hemi ram 5.7.
Map voltage with key on ,engine not running 3.46 volts.scanner value
Have 4.2v at map sensor sig wire and all the way to the ecu. grounds good supply
voltage is 5.02. still having ETC issues U7137 any ideas? Thanks
