file is missing or corrupt

Can't access tuner (U7170) to re-insert 7r19. computer recognizes tuner and attempts to load the file but just keeps going thru
"retry1, retry2, retry3" etc.



This is the same condition as h2guy's post

i hope that i can get the file that you sent him and get my tuner working again

yes if i try to install ford 7.3 crom tool sais cannot install ford7.3*** into ford 7.3 128k tool

MIKE my tool is responding exactly like h2guy's post in this section
i went through all the steps detailed in that post and got exactly the same results
