Bought Used 04 F350 FX4. Need Help

I recently purchased an '04 F350 FX4. The truck has 20"rims with 41 inch Swamper Irok Radials. It also has Yukon rear end and gears. The truck is hella fast which leads me to believe it has some type of program. It also has a 2 position toggle switch in the dash that changes the performance of the truck. I am not sure what program is in it or what type of chip is in it. If I purchase a Predator Tuner, will it save the current tune as a factory tune and install the Predator tune or will it screw up the Predator tuner? Is there a way that I can find out what program is in it? I do not know the previous owner because I purchased the truck from a delarship. The delarship purchased the truck from an auction.

Truthfully im not too sure what inline device that is but it would appear that its a inline device. Once removed the truck should act stock. If so then the predator save whats in the pcm as a stock file then you will be able to install diablo performance tunes. You might want to trace the switch back to the inline device and see what company its from.
