05 Alli trans flare

Just installed my new Predator the other day,and have been driving nicley while everything learns. Problem is unless i accelerate very slowly i seem to get a trans flare when it upshifts. How long should the learn time be?

I am only running on the 65 hp tune.
My Bullydog never gave me a flare like this,and i know the trans is ok.
Any ideas,or do i just need to drive it a while longer?

Give it a short time to relearn the tune before getting on it.
