I have a Predator 3 (2005 6.0) that was given to me by my uncle. I have a 2003 Ford Excursion (6.0) and all of a sudden it stop working. I tried reconnecting and no power comes on. I tried opening it and notice the fuse was ok. I thought it was my truck, so I tried connecting it to my father's Excursion 2002 and still nothing would come on. I currently have it on towing mode and so far the truck is running fine however, I dont know if any codes are coming up and how will i restore it back to factory.
I dont have the version number but I think I would need to update it.
Plese help!

If its not powering up, you will need to fill out an RMA request and send that tool in so that we can take a look at it.
