I have an 05 F150 5.4l

What parameters can i change to take advantage of a little better airflow?
Is is safe to change the shift firmness and some other parameters without adding more parts? Please help.

TJF150, The tool provides you with the basics of tuning which include spark advance, fuel and trans/tire/gear settings. If you have basic tuning skills and a wideband A/F meter then you can make adjustments in the tool to achieve optimum A/F ratio and ignition timing. For your application I wouldn't recommend making any adjustments unless you have a A/F meter or know the signs of detonation. If you don't feel comfortable with your tuning skills then I highly recommend visiting one of our CMR tuning dealers, which can be found in the dealer locator at the top of this page.
Thank you for your support!

RE: F150 parameters
Spend some time in the tuning section of most forums, as there is much to learn.
There is tons of useful (and some not-so useful) info on the web pertaining to EFI tuning, check it out.
Thanks
