unable to reload stock tune

I have a T1000 that I'm using on an 2007 Jeep Unlimited. I had to send it to you guys for a connector repair. I got it back, and tried to update the trinity. It said to return vechicle to stock. Ok, I go out, plug everything in, and I get an error message saying unable to load tune. The next page says

PCM: error unlock for reflash (-1)

Any ideas?

If your original stock tune was in the Trinity when you sent it back to Diablo, I hope you were sure to tell Diablo that when you sent it in. Otherwise, they may have reset your tool after the repair. If that is the case, you will have to call Diablo with tool and your PC in hand for help with this issue.

Hmm. I told them on the phone that I had a tune loaded in the rig but I didn't put that on the rma request. Probably should have. Hopefully they can resent the stock pcm program over email instead of me having to go to the dealer to get the pcm reflashed.
