I just received my unit # U7194 it didn't come with a charger supply or a cable to connect to the computer,, should it have come with something or do I have to buy it

You have to purchase that separately.
From the online store page:
"(USB)The DiabloSport U7778 is necessary equipment if you need to update your DiabloSport Predator from the internet. It includes a USB adapter and a 12 V DC PowerSupply. This part is also essential to load any custom tunes to and from your Predator."
Search around the forums if you can't wait...there's info on which power supply and which serial\usb cable will work with predator.
