u1798 problem

i m trying to hook on computer and i click on option and then i click on pc communication then all of sudden it sayXmodem time out i been struggle to get my data on pc... how do i do that? please let me know thanks

get what data on your PC? your 7198 predator does not save logs, so it can't be that.

are you trying to copy your original backup tune to your PC?? what program are you running when you get the xmodem timeout error?

yep thats correct. i m using dataviewer 3.1 is there anything i can save data?

nope, not with the predator.

you can't save logs with yours, so the dataviewer isn't going to work for you... your predator is not supported by the dataviewer, so that's why you're getting the error.

ok then why do predator come with usb cable then? what is it for?

The cable allows you to upload tunes from your Predator to the PC or vice-versa.

you're using the wrong app... you can't use the dataviewer...

the support download page for your predator is here:

instructions are on that page as well on how to use the correct app....
