2010 JGC srt8 CALID error

I tried updating to the 9r29, which then i did some research and downgraded to the 9r12, but now im getting the same error as this guy it seems :

I went to the calibration page and my DSdownloader doesnt give me the option at the bottom, so im to assume it is up to date?

I bought the jeep from a guy who already had it tuned by JOHAN, so im lost as to why I cant get it to link up correctly?

What is the msg you are getting when you plug it in the truck? that an update may be required? Give us a call with the tool in the truck and I can help
