2010 Challenger 5.7 Odd Throttle Response

After downloading the 91 octane tune onto my Challenger, I noticed a strange throttle response. When going heavy on the gas and shifting, there is a momentary "hesitation" where it feels like it either isn't getting any fuel, or too much or too little air. I can also hear it in the exhaust as a low tone that sounds like its starving for air or fuel or something. It also does it when I coast, then hit the gas hard in 3rd gear. I also feel it hesitate when in 4th gear and just coasting along and barely give it some gas, I can hear the low tone like it's an air problem, but it only lasts for about a half second. Any ideas? I have removed the resonators from the exhaust and it has a K&N Air Filter installed, but not the CAI. I tried both tunes (with and without the CAI) and get the same thing. Is this normal? If it's an air problem, should I put the stock paper air filter back in? This is very hard to explain in writing, I hope I gave enough of a description.

I don't have an ans. but i have a similiar problem. car is 09 rt auto. k&n cai,run moble 1 synthetic otherwise stock.u7135 v9r29
took a 1000 mi. round trip last week. car has 28000 miles on it. the first tune when i left was the mpg tune, throttle boosted,trans firmness inc. shift points inc. to 6200rpm. got 21.87mpg. when i refuled changed tune to 91 cai tune same parameters,23.56 mpg better. low rpm response when i first hit the gas lets say 1/3rd. everything ok if i go half to 3/4 throttle it seems to stumble like it looses power like you say like its fluttering i dont hear any knock also i run exxon93 octane all the time no matter the tune.car does not have this problem all the time. when this happens i back off.this happens when crusing hwy. speeds lets say at 60 mph and i hit the gas like i said. if i go wot does not seem to be a problem. when i go back to a stock tune i don't have the problem.right now i am running a modify stock tune throttle boosted, seems to be ok. from what i can tell the problem my be in the files we are loading.
don't know tho. im almost due to change the plugs will put the ngk stock copper back in. we will see well ill post any new info i come across. talk to you later. rob

I'm not so sure now that it is a Predator tune problem. I have only had the car about a week and a half. Before that I had an 06 Charger RT and had no problems with the tune. I put the car back to stock and the problem is still there. It may have been there all along. I am also thinking that the modified exhaust could be the problem. I took out the resonators in the middle of the car earlier in the week, before installing the tune. Since the car is new to me, I may just not have noticed it, but I am thinking this could be a back pressure issue with the exhaust? I'm going to the exhaust shop later and am going to put the reso's back on and see how it feels. This is the only other thing that I have done to the car and since it is back to stock on the tune, it can't be the Predator. I'm confused.

I'm having same problem also

Right after installation, the Tune is good for a day or 2

Then throttle will behave oddly

My booster is set at 20%

Did u fix it yet?

Try setting the throttle boost changes back to stock to see how it acts?
