is Launch control an option for an 09 GT500 with a 6 speed manual?

car is not moving, foot to the floor, rpm goes to pre-programmed RPM.

some manufacturers have it built in as a safety feature.

That is not launch control. That is a 2 step rev limiter.

No...you'd need a 2 step device like MSD has to do something like that.
