Cannot load the Tow tune LMM

All of my other HP tunes work but the tow tune. It falls back on the failsafe and the original backup has to be reloaded. Says that the "Trailer Brake System Needs Service" on the cluster.
I have recieved one update on this programmer, when I purchased it.

Please restore the stock tune and update to the latest 9r15 and try again.

Relaoded the stock tune and updated the predator to the 9r15 crom. After saving the stock tune to the programmer, it shows all of the loaded tunes. The tow tune will not load, it goes half way through the write then shows the fail safe screen. then you have to reload the stock program. I did not attempt to load any of the other tunes to see if they would work. I am only interested in the tow tune at this time. I made three attempts to load the tune. Can you fix this issue? I had the same problem when it was new out of the box......

I pulled the requested information from the ECM. When I purchased the tuner back in January the 9r12 crom would not work on this truck at all. You sent me a custom crom once before on this same truck. The tow tune wouldn't work with that firmware either.

I tried once again to see if I could get it to work. Again it falls back on the failsafe and forces the stock program to be reloaded on the ECM. The dash dispalys "Service Trailer Brake System" and "Service 4 Wheel Drive". Reaload the program and the turck operates like normal. Checked the truck with a MAC Scanner to verify that everything returned back to normal.

I got the tune to work. I found two dead cells on the left battery. The voltage at the OBD connector was 12.5v when the key was off. When the key was switched to the on position the battery voltage would drop to 11.1 volts after about 3 minutes. I am sure that this was the issue with the programmer. The truck has been sitting in the garage for the past six months, only being driven when needed. I guess I haven't noticed any starting issues because I have a Battery Tender plugged into the truck while it sits and it is summer. I replaced both batteries and tried the programmer, it works..... The truck still had the factory installed batteries.....
