HELP Please - My CAR WONT START

i have just recived my trinity and i tried to plus it into my sierra denali 2009.

while trying to backup the original tune it failed and gave me this msg "PCM Error prepare read (1-)"

now i am trying to start my car, but it wont start and i see this message on the dashboard (engine power reduced)

please help

ok, so i managed to start my car,

however trinity wont backup my originial tune and gives me the above error.

my VIN number is :3GTEK03219G183074
