CANNOT CONNECT

I HAVE A PREDATOR U7194 AND I CANNOT CONNECT TO THE PC. I HAVE INSTALLED ALL OF THE DRIVERS AND THE DS DOWNLOADER. I CHECKED THE DEVIVE MANAGER UNDER PORTS AND IT READS THAT THE DEVICE IS CONNECTED... HELP ME PLEASE!!

Windows 7? Open the program in XP Compatibility Mode.

Really. Damn. Make sure you have AutoConnect checked. Or if you know what port its connected to, use Legacy Connect so it won't have to look for it.

Thats all I got if all the drivers and stuff are installed and its powered up.

I had the same problem and tried using a different usb port on the PC and it worked. Just a thought if you haven't tried that, TJ
