DS downloader not working!!!! Please help

Hello everyone. Sooooo...... I was trying to update my Trinity in order to see if the new gauges would work with my 07 GT 500 and now I have almost total failure. I opened DS downoader which was already on my computer and worked fine before and a window popped up saying--- "the application has failed because it's side-by-side configuration is inncorrect"
I tried this several times but it was a no-go. I decided to uninstall everything and reinstal but while reintalling i was prompted with this message------"Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly

Do you have your vehicle selected when you brought it back to your Mustang? Also, make sure you dont have any kind of spyware up. Just to be on the safe side I downloaded the dsd and its working fine for me. Give us a call if you need anything.

Its a windows issue, follow this link, install the software, should resolve the issue:
