Changing parameters on performance tune for my new longtubes

I currently have the performance tune installed on my 04 Gto. I want to turn off the rear O2 sensors and other things that may need to be done so I will not throw a CEL after I install my LT headers. I have the older 2.xx version predator so I still have the options to turn the O2's off. What process do I need to take to revise the performance tune parameters for the new headers?

Do I turn off all of the O2 codes or just a select few? Do I just raise the COT temperatures up all the way or is there a way to disable it?
