I just aquired a pre-owned U7135 fo my 6.1 Challenger and I have downloaded the user manual.

I am thinking maybe this unit is married to another vehicle. Under "show last tune" it states "Original backup".

I presume it's worthless to another vehicle at this point?

if its locked, it will not let you do anything

If it is locked, it can be unlocked for $129 over the phone after filling out the rma request.
