Cal ID not found in database after dealer update

Greetings Diablo tech support,

I installed the factory tune before going to the dealer. When I try to read the factory tune before installing a performance tune I get an error that the Cal ID is not in the database. My Cal ID is VXCF5H5, Serial 2000693, Part U7165pcm_6_0, Version V.8r17.

This is a brand new calid from Ford, we will be supporting it in the next revision which should be done next week.

They take some time, and it is being addressed.

I noticed this weekend a considerable drop in mileage with the latest update r19 from the previous r17. This is going by the automatically calculated MPG not verified the manual way. This was the exact same trip, starting with a full tank and aprox same speed. No other changes have been made to the truck. The previous MPG auto calculated was ~18.5 and now its ~14.5. Any ideas?
