2010 GMC Sierra Predator Questions

Hey Folks,

I am thinking about purchasing the Predator U7194 but have some questions. I am sure these have all been asked before so please pardon my ignorance. I have a 5.3L as well as a Volant CAI and Corsa Sport Exhaust. If I were to just do the 87 octane tune from the device, would I need to do anything else to account for the intake and exhaust or not? Also, after you install the tune, where would I disable the AFM? From what I understand disabling the AFM keeps the truck from going into "V4" mode. Is this correct? Lastly, does the device automatically save the factory tune or is this something I need to select?

After you install a tune, go to modify tune and select it ON?OFF as you desire.

The device automatically saves your original tune as the backup. Just be sure to reinstall it before you update the unit ever or if you go to the dealer for anything (they don`t ask if they can change anything in your computers)
