I have a 2007 Z51 6 spd Manual Corvette. Bone stock except for the addition of a Vararam Snake Charmer ram air package. Have purchased a U7194 Diablo Sport Predator Power Programmer and now need to know how best to take advantage of this combination.
Also, in a few weeks I will also install the Vararam Throttle Body Spacer. Want to try to "measure" this change by itself since I am concerned about warrantee issues with the TBS installed.
Has anyone on the forum, or you Diablo folks, established any programming for this setup? Searched the forum but found nothing for C6 Vararam.
Thanks for the help,
Longtimer

Re: Corvette C6 with Vararam Snake Charmer
We have tuned a few Vettes with the vararam setup, it should not require any changes to the tune until you make some more mods to improve breathing like headers or a cam.Longtimer wrote:I have a 2007 Z51 6 spd Manual Corvette. The provided tune will make a noticable difference in performance in the C6 Vette.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply Mike. I'll try it as soon as I hit that 100 mile mark.mikel wrote:We have tuned a few Vettes with the vararam setup, it should not require any changes to the tune until you make some more mods to improve breathing like headers or a cam.

Can't put a cam in - live in California, home of the "dyno" smog test - yes, they actually put vettes on floor rollers and test at various rpms. Nasty folks.
I'ver heard of some getting away with long tubes though. Might try it later down the road when I get bored with this performance level.
Thanks again.
