Original Back Up tune question

just bought the trinity, everything has gone smooth so far. i drive an 07 jeep srt8. did a little datalogging still figuring it out. BUT when i go to put my original tune on my computer to save it it says the file can not be found. and on my trinity says it has a original tune under the diablo sport tunes list but how do i know it REALLY is my original tune. no promps ever came up to download my original tune. so i guess we can start out by asking. how do i copy the original tune to my trinity???

It downloaded your original tune the first time you put another tune on the truck.

Hello everyone ... I have a problem, I installed a new tune on my car and the trinity has uploaded my original map, now the Trinity does not work anymore with odb2, I can recover only with usb original map and take on a new Trinity?

if the trinity connector is damaged, fill out the rma request and send it in and we'll get it fixed.

ok mikel....but costs more to repair and return shipping from / to Italy!!!! that's why I buy a new trinity
