u7194 update problem

So I have a U7194 version v.9r19 the unit was born 1/10/11. Last night I flashed my 2007 Yukon's original backup to the truck and connected the predator to my computer to update to v.9r25. I downloaded everything to my computer I need and started to update. Big mistake!!! The update went about 25% and then failed??? Now the unit reads application missing or corrupt. I saw that this is a common error and followed the instructions to de-select auto connect so I did that and followed the instrutions, how my computer can't find the unit???? Please help

yeah, no reason for you to update for your 2007.. there's nothing new for it.. the newer updates are just to add support for newer vehicles not previously supported....

check the settings on the dsdownloader app, make sure the baud rate is set to 115200 and that the same com port number is selected that your usb cable is assigned to...

I just got off the phone with tech support and they think it's a bad cable. Going to get a new one and try that? I miss my tune already

Aint that some stupid stuff yuk2007, one guy tells u to update, it goes wrong then another guy says no need, seems things aint changed, they still dont know anything.

hook up usb do not power unit yet,send file to unit find were u put ur back up open file power cycle unit click download
