Not licensed for this vehicle ???

Hi.

I have a 2001 Mustang GT, and bought on EBAY a Predator U7146 which was promised to have been reset.... The last tune written was the 7r50d ...... so I resume that it has not been reset anyway..... As the message ''Not licensed for this vehicle'' comes up when trying to install the tune ????

What can I do ??? Is there anyway to emergency unlock/reset it ???
I bought it on EBAY in the States, and live/work in Venezuela...

As is explained here, we do not advise purchasing ANY of our products from Ebay, as situations like this all too often arise as a result. I am a bit curious about what you stated as last tune written, as this should read something like Diablosport tune or Factory HP tune, not the revision #.
These tools are simply a device for carrying and applying the tunes contained within, so if the tunes are still installed in a different vehicle, there is no way to make it work until the tune is restored to the vehicle it is married to.

Hi.

Sorry, it states that the last tune written is a custom tune ....

It writes

It has the 7r50d in it....

But when try to install the diablo tune, it writes that this Predator is not licenced for this vehicle ???

(I need to switch the 2 rear sensors off, as I have x-pipes with no cats, and free flow cat back system... When we fitted the exhausts, the recistor loom's I bought for the two rear sensors had to be tempory put on to the two front sensors, as the original wire loom was too short.... I am now waiting for the wire extencions for the 2 forward o2 sensors.... But the engine is running rough, and I had the service the engine soon message...)

This tool is still locked to another vehicle. I would suggest trying to get your money back.
