2004 allision noise when shifts on 65hp tune

predator u7185x on 2004 silverado lly tranny makes noise when shifting between gears changed fluid and filter little dirty ran a few hundred more miles still making noise fluid smells burnt but temp never above 200 went back to stock shifts good no noise any thoughts?

could just be the trans getting old, but make sure you are letting it fully relearn after loading the tunes.

truck has 90,000 miles im new to the diesel scene just didnt want to hurt tranny it makes an eerk sound inbetween shifts but not alll the timenot loud but noticeable anyone else have this problem or should have tranny checked out

What is the procedure for "letting it fully relearn after loading the tunes"??

Is there a set amount of time one should drive it until the tranny has relearned before one goes WOT? ;)
