predator u7165 problem

i have a 2005 ford f350 with the 6.0 and i bought this predator when i plug it in it loads up fine but when i try to run a program it says " vehicle not found in database please see dealer for free update" then it gives me my id#

Hopefully somebody out there can help cause i'd like to try out the programmer and i'm not making any progress

If you are looking for a quick response from DS good luck. Most likely need to update tool to latest crom found on download page . It will have the latest cal id's providing that DS has one for your cal id. Hope that helps.
