Post by iwantmorepower »

I installed new firmware to R19 and now I have surging on the 60 hp and the towing tune . Do you guys test these revisions before they are released? I have never had any luck yet ! for the money I paid you would think i could get something to work just once. little help please once again.!

Yes they are tested. Can you tell me what your calibration id is please. I know already of 03 vxap2 calibration issues.

more info needed! ok I have a 6.0 l 2004 I have no cat and a wide open exhaust. I have not had any luck with theses tunes everytime there is a rev update I have to send my original backup in to get it to work.
That sucks. Why can't this low injector issue be fixed when the update is done why do I allways need to send in my backup and have to wait for Cole or Mikel to send me a fix when they get around to it?That sucks, and now I cannot even use my tuner I have to use the stock tune because my truck will not run without low injector codes. Hope that is enough info!

I have let you know how the tune runs 6 TIMES and still no response! Tune shifts too soon at low rpm and way too hard at top end . I still get the low injector surge every once in a while . If I take out tune and return to stock truck runs fine but as soon as I put the tune you sent me I have greif! The tunes that r19 have don't work at all and the fixes don't work either. This is getting frustrating $ 650.00 paper weight. Can you please help me soon?

I just updated to r19. My 2006 ford f250 diesel truck was serviced and the computer updated. I just put the new program in. My serial is 20006c4 part u7165pcm 6-0 version v.8r19 calid vxcf5h5. It sounds like there are some problems? With my old tune I was getting around 17mpg in town 18 hwy, added banks dual exhaust, air raid intake w/4"lift and 35 tires w/100hp tune. Should I be concerned? I want to have the best tune avaialble for what I have already invested. Please reply. thx
