Trouble Light

Diablo CAI performance tune installed SRT Charger. So, I am driving home last night and a little warning light comes on my dash. The icon of a little engine just sitting there to let me know something is just not right. I was thinking just maybe it was fluke, therefore I stopped the car and restarted to see if it would clear but no luck. This morning same light just sitting there very solid and not going away. Any suggestions?

Trouble code PO128 "Coolant thermostat". I reset the error code via the Predator, however, my guess is this will continue due to the 180 thermostat installed. Are there others experiencing this problem? What can be done to eliminate the issue?

well i think it could be that your car is not reaching the required temps fast enough (persay) could e a reason.. although i'm sure others will chime in ... are the ambient temps low where youre at?

It is not unusual to get that code with a cooler thermostat. Like Tyrant said, it's due to your engine's inability to get up to operating temperature within a certain amount of time. You can clear this code with your Predator by going into the Diagnostics section.

I think Diablo may be working on a fix for this so that the code does not pop up. If they're reading this, I'd also like a fix for that annoying low tire pressure monitoring alert. That thing comes on like every 10 minutes with the drag radials and really irks me.

We are looking into a fix for the coolant CEL, but not sure about the TPS monitors.
