2011 Mustang GT AUTO trans

Dears Support,
I am facing two problems after I load the preloaded 91- 93 JLT tune

- When I load the JLT 91 or 93 tune file to my car I noticed that there's a DIG sound when transmission down shifting at low speed from 3rd to 2nd and from 2nd to 1st

- When racing the transmission is hanging at 4th to 5th for a while then shift

Mine is better,still won't shift 4-5 at WOT.Other than that it's the best tune so far.Awsome ,just wish I didn't have to lift to make the one shift.I know you guys are working on it. It shifted fine with the dynotune. Must be something in the CAI file.

Tomorrow i will install the new ford update a just the dynotune and try and see how it shifts.I will make sure my A/F ratio is ok and give it a try (before I try the CAI tune) you sent me last. What ya think? Any tips? Thanks Bud (I'll let you know how it goes)

Got the dynotune I left Florida with back in the car just long enough to get it warmed up. High to mid 12s A/F ratio at WOT.I will find a place to see how it shifts.Then I will just richen it up a bit if it works like it did when I had this tune without the CAI.I had seen 170 + mph with no shift probs at all.The last 212-2 was the best running and streetable tune ever(had to lift to shift 4-5),with the Steeda CAI.I'll let you know. Here is the dynotune if it will help.

Dear Mikel,
I updated my tuner to last version (v.1r08g) and I still facing the same problems
Not shifting from 4th to 5th at WOT
Knocking when downshifting from 2nd to 1st
I also have 4.10 gears installed on my car

I think so , I have 4.10 gear and 275/40/19 rear tires
I set my axle ratio to 4.10, 729 rev per mile and enabled the tire change option

I have had the same problems.Try running with the shift button pushed in.It makes the light on the dash come on. If that doesn't work , run with it off until you get ready to make the 4-5 shift then push it and it should shift as soon as you push it I know this is not a fix for this problem,but it works for me. I hope they get this issue resolved soon. I hope the shift points will be changeable soon also.Mine also clunks when downshifting from2-1.I have stock gears & tires on mine.

For those with a 4-5 shift issue. Please check the build date of your car. There is a new TSB out for flaring 4-5 shifts for cars built before 12/10/10 . The fix is 3 new solenoids in the transmission. The button truck probably works because it commands the shift sooner.

I will check into the 2-1 clunk.
