2010 Ram Hemi trans adjustment

Predator 7137, 9r13, 2010 Ram Hemi
Should I be able to adjust the downshift parameters for my trans? I can do part throttle and rpm upshifts.

If there is not a down shift parameter, then the is no down shift adjustment.
