About to purchase Intune and have a couple questions.

Post by ksrracer »

I have a 2005 jeep grand cherokee Hemi and am looking at purchasing an Intune tuner. Will this update the CALID files on the pcm to the latest Chrysler specs like the Predator? I know on the Predator it will tell you you need an update. Does the Intune tell you when and if it does? Will it have all the options the Predator has? Namely the transmission support to change shift points and such? Throttle boost?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the speedy response! So will it tell you if the jeep needs an update? Also what kind of gains can I expect over the Superchips Flashpaq I currently have?

Gains will likely be similar to the SC tool, but you should notice better driveability, and better throttle response, with the ability to add more throttle response if you desire.
