GMC sierra 2009 calibration not supported need help

Post by JohnBogovics »

I have a 2009 GMC sierra 1500 with 4.8L. I have been using the trinity for a few months now. I went to send my truck to GM for some repair issues so I uploaded the factory tune back in. I get my truck back and went to put the custom tune I have had done by Lew back in and as soon as I got to performance and select automatic as my transmission, the trinity says my calibration is not supported and that I must export the backup file and call diablo sport. I did talk to lew and it may be that GM updated my PCM so I may have a newer calibration ID then what is supported.

Here is a list of information from my trinity:

Serial: 6JXYN8F-1
Part: gm_can_gas
Version: v.1r08g
Hardware: TRINITY
Bus: CAN
Saved Calid: 630501651205
Saved VIN: 1GTEK19C99Z266113

PCM:
12630501 (main os)
12651284 (System)
12651270 (Fuel System)
12626772 (Speedometer)
12651243 (Engine Diagnostic)
12651205 (Engine Operation)
12625892 (Slave Operating System)
12626697 (Engine)
TCM:
24243356 (Main OS)
24240599 (Transmission)
24250664 (Transmission Diagnostic)
24240597 (System)

I also attached the back up that it had done but thats all I can do. All the 87 octane and performance tunes are missing and my custom tune is not compatible. I assume Diablo will need to make a new CROM version? What to do at this point? Also when I get the backup I get 2 files now, one as the PCM and also a TCM file.

Sounds good. Do you have a time frame on possibly how long it could take? This is because I have to re-do the custom tune I have had done by Lew and the roads are gonna be way to slick for WOT tests in the next week or so.
