2008 GMC Sierra 5.3L buttons not working

2008 GMC Sierra 5.3

Predator loads but when it comes time to select an option, none of the buttons work no matter how hard they are pressed. Any ideas?

How long have you had the Predator? Did you drop it lately?

Just received it in the mail this week. Hasnt been dropped to my knowledge. I was afraid it was the wrong device or had to have an update or something . I guess I will exchange it and see if the next one works

Same thing happened with mine. Try loosening the screws a little on the back of the unit and it should be OK.

Just realized you have a Predator. I have a Trinity and the screws being to tight was the issue with mine so I'm not sure if it's the same fix for you. Worth a try though.

Screws were very tight but loosening them didn't fix the buttons. Oh well maybe the next one will work
