Please help with a tech

Ihave a 05 gto. I bought a yrinity yesterday andi must have not instslled something right cuz it took the factorytune off and now I cant put anything on...

What I need to know is a factory tune able to be replaced if I did something wrong and lost it.....i am really freakimg out....

Can you start the car atleast? during the programming process the trinity should make a back up of your factory tune and store it on the trinity itself then allow you to installl the diablo tune, 87 tune ect.

what did you do when you went to install the diablo tune the first time? gimme your step by step process of exactly what you did, what the trinity showed/said on the screen, etc...

i set it up on the computer and the part that said follow these instructions to install the drivers on the device it didnt look like the video....but i clicked the finish process and then i plugged it in the car...the monitor was reading all the things so i determined that it was working....so i pushed the performance button and it took the tune off the car and saved it just like the video. then i followed the video and selected a tune, it was looking like the video till %42 and i stopped...i called you but it was late so after a hour i turned off the car and it was still at %42...when i did that i was just gonn aput the factory tune back on so the trinity noticed i didnt finish the tune and it asked if i wanted to restore the saved tune...i said yes but then it said unable to restore tune after 5 second...it gave me 2 options continue or more info....when i clicked more info it said "failed something....(-18)"i talked to a tech on the phone and we tried disconecting the battery and removing radio fuses....did that and still the same thing....now when u push the performance button it says failed to connect to the pcm...the tech told me to gat a call tag approved and to send it to them or take it to a dealer....the dealer freaked me out that the flash dont always work....so now i am so freaked out
