Intune freezes when identifying vehicle/

The InTune is freezing when I click on write vehicle. I turn the ignition and it begins to go. After about five seconds the circle in the middle stops and the InTune just freezes. Also when I hooked it up to my pc it said it needed an installer disk?

2004 SRT4
When it says determining vehicle info turn ignition to on. I do so then it starts loading then boom freezes. Any help would be appreciated

When ever I hook the intune up to my pc it says that it needs a install disk. The thing is that the intune has it on board.
So i cant even update it.

What version of windows are you running? The drivers should come from the inTune when it is first plugged in.

I tried on all 3 of my PC. One is running on XP the other is on vista and the last on is on windows 7

Running in Administrator Mode?

Not sure but would running in administrator impede the inTune from being I installed?

Right clicking on the InTune install file and running as an administrator is how most of us have had to install it. It's how I finally got mine to install on my netbook with windows 7.
