Predator Data Logging - FRP

I am data logging on my 2003 Mustang Mach 1 using a U7146 Predator. One paramater I am logging is fuel pressure, reported as "FRP". Question is, where is this pressure being measured that is being reported by my Predator, and what does the acronym "FRP" stand for? Is this "Fuel Rail Pressure"? If so, is this left or right rail? Is this "Fuel Regulator Pressure" like the input to the pressure regulator on my Mach 1? I am seeing a constant (more/less) 38-41 lbs on this reading from the Predator regardless of rpm or engine condition. However I have a separate electric fuel pressure sendor installed on the end (towards fron of engine) passenger side fuel rail that at idle reports ~ 22 lbs to my gauge inside the car, and varies with engine load/vacuum.

Predator manual says Fuel Rail Pressure, but which rail/sensor is reporting this reading? My fuel pressure gauge at on end of passenger side rail says 22 psi at idle while Predator data logging says constant 38-42 psi under all conditions except at cold start, where it spikes to 50-70 psi. I'm having cold start problems and am looking at fuel delivery at cold start as one possible fault.
