U7137 Can't downgrade message

I just got a U7137 and when I tried to update the Crom from 9r09 to 9r13 I get an error on screen saying that it can not downgrade.

I think I saw a message about someone having this same problem trying to update to 9r12.

I know that I do not need the 9r13 for my 05 Ram but I like to have things up to date.

Finally found an old post with a different version of 9r09 in it and after install it I was about to install 9r13.

Problem solved.
