you have to import that file into your inTune...
save the custom tune file to your computer... connect your inTune to your computer.. and then copy/paste the custom tune file to the inTune drive - into the TUNES folder...
wait a few seconds and then the intune will show that it's importing the tune...
once that's done, you can go to your vehicle and hook up the inTune... go to the Tune vehicle option, go to Custom Tunes... select the custom tune file listed in there, and then select Install Tune...
