7194 2007 GMC torque converter shutter, bad flash???

I went to put the stock file back in my pickup and now have a torque converter shutter around 1500 rpm under a load but when i was reloading the program the battery became low and the scanner went blank but it says it was returned to stock. I can put any of the programs in the pickup and it still does the same thing. I am a mechanic and have a Snap-On Solus scanner and can watch the slip when being applied. The transmission was also rebuilt but that was after the problem began and it has a new torque converter and TCC solenoid If I apply 100% TCC command through the scanner the problem goes away. I need some direction my guess is that I will have to have the pickup re-flashed at at dealership but I have no idea.

Low voltage during a flash can lead to some strange things....Id go ahead and have it reflashed at the dealer.

Thanks, I just wasn't sure, I thought that there was no transmission support with the predator so I didn't know if that would effect it or not.
