Help please!!

I tried hooking up a intune to a 2007 charger sxt and for some reason when i go to tune the vehicle it says pcm (vehicle vin) not supported. I did a little research with old pcms being a issue, got mine checked out and its the current one with no updates. Anyone know why this isnt working or if theres a way to fix it?

Does it not prompt you to update the vehicle?

Can you give us a call with the tool powered up in the car?

Theres no update prompt for it, got a hold of tech support, was able to update to the current version again but still recieved pcm calibration (vin) not supported

please let it read the stock tune and email it to us.
