Questions about 9R.30 MPG tune on a 2006 5.7 300C

Not been on here for a while, a couple of questions please.

Can I load the MPG tune onto my 2006 300C (or is it just for later cars) and will it still give me the nice reduction in torque management that the performance tunes do (more wheel spin)!! Is it more like the stock tune ?

What setting should I use on the new throttle boost parameter?

With the performance tunes, I notice the MDS kick in and out like half a gear change, any cure for this ?

With the performance tunes the car seems to drive on when you lift off the throttle. It would cruise for a long time on the over run before slowing down much below about 35mph, any cure for this ?. Would lowering the RPM in drive from the preset value help?
