did the tool ask you to do a calibration update?

can you please go to the intune drive and copy the info.xml file and email it to us or post it here?

Thanks

For what its worth after I updated intune but before dealer flashed my pcm. I had calibration unsupported and told me to plug into pc. I did and did nothing for me, now i had dealer flash my pcm and worked fine. Just shedding a little more light on the issue for diablo to figure it out.

You took it to your dodge dealer for a flash, or a diablo dealer? And if a dodge dealer what reason did you use to have them flash your pcm ? Thanks

Ok, new updates to issues with this truck.

Installed the latest update to the truck, downloaded the stock tune.

Opened the stock tune in CMR, edited the file and saved. Would not let me save as a different name, had to change the name after it was saved.

Loaded the new file on the intune, and plugged into the truck. Now I get connect vehicle message, willl not flash the truck. Disconnected and reconnected the intune multiple times, no luck.

Key on or off get the same message, like the intune can't tell if it is connected or not.

Really fustrated with it at this point, and still can't tune this truck.
Thought I was in the home stretch with this.

HELP!!!

did it import the custom tune?

try deleting the custom tune and see if that changes anything?
