No power to OBDII on any vehicle

I used the Intune on my vehicle last week and it worked like a charm. Today I wanted to tweak some settings but when I plug it into the obdII port, it won't turn on. I checked the usb cable to a pc and it works. I've checked fuses on my vehicle and they seem fine, so I tried plugging the unit into my wife's car and it won't work there either. I have a 2007 Magnum and my wife has an 08 300.

I've searched through the forums and most issues seem to be a simple fuse, but this unit won't work on 2 cars. Am I missing something?

check the intune obd cable make sure no pins are bent... may be something wrong with the cable...

I've checked the cable. On the long half that connects to the vehicle, the middle two pins are slightly longer than the others, but none are bent. On the side that hooks up the the Intune, they seem to be straight. Should the connector on the unit itself be towards the center of the opening? The connector is flush with the bottom of the unit. Makes it kind of difficult to connect.

I had the same exact problem with mine. Worked for about a week and then nothing from the OBDII connection. Powered up just fine when connecting it to a PC. I checked the pins and everything appeared to be fine. I requested an RMA and sent it back to Diablosport this week to take a look at. I'll let you know how it goes. So far their support has been fantastic to work with on and off the forums.

You can also check the fuse to the OBD-II port.

Do you have a laptop? If you do you can check and see if you can power it with the laptop and get into the PCM with the OBD-2 cable.

Is that possible with the inTune? I know guys have done that with the Trinity.

Assuming only the 12V pin on the inTune cable was bent, that could work.

Unfortunately it wasn't as easy as that. I plugged in the OBDII cable into the unit and powered it up via the USB. When I went to 'write tune' or 'restore' it says no vehicle detected, plug in an OBDII cable. Could it be just the cable itself, or something else besides a fuse, I've gone through them all already and it won't work on 2 vehicles, not just 1.

Ok an update. I called up Amazon and had them ship me a new unit overnight. Hooked up the new OBD II cable to the old unit and no power. So I plugged in the new unit to my pc, updated the software and plugged it into my car. This unit is working just fine but now I have a new dilemma; I can't write a tune or edit because my program on the car is not the stock tune. So, how can I get the stock tune off the non-working unit and back on my car? So far I love the Intune, just having a few hiccups, any help is appreciated!
