U7194 Short Data Logging Times

I have the u7194...using it on an 07 Silverado 5.3l...I'm only able to record data for about a minute twenty seconds. Is this a bug or is this something that happens because of the new style ecm? Would be nice not to have to bring the laptop everytime I wanted to data log. Thanks

Out of curiosity, has there been an update on the short-logging situation with the U7194? From what I can tell, this has been 'looked into' for months, but I haven't seen any updates on progress or anything. Any info would be appreciated.
