ECM: Error unlock for reflash

tried loading the predator onto my 06 lbz seemed to be going good then it said it couldnt load the tune so it was going to reload the stock tune.. that didnt go so well either. After talking to tech support with no luck i had a gm tech try and recover the ecm and he couldnt get the ecm to communicate. I dont know if i should try and send it into diablo sport or just cough up the cash for a new ecm and throw the predator into the fire

Ok so say I send it in and yall can't fix it. am I expected to pay anything

is the tool under warranty? it is covered for 2 years.

if it is under warranty (copy of reciept showing purchase within 2 years) I can issue a call tag and pick up the Pred and ECU, and fix both at no cost.

If the tool is not under warranty, i can still get you an rma# to send the PCM in at your cost, but we'll fix it for no charge, then send it right back.

not too long, usually 10-14 days.
