U7185 predator blanked my computer on my 05 drmax need help

i need help . I followed the insrtuctions on how to install. something went bad wrong . my truck is dead in the water and will do nothing because the programmer DID NOT install my stock tune. now the truck is blank and will do nothing. and the programmer is locked and says last tune did not fully download. and after i reboot and try again it states that the backup tune cannot be down loaded . do i need to get my computer in my truck flashed and the stock tune be uploaded from gm. I NEED SOME HELP FROM SOME LLY GURUES PLEASE ASSIST MANDOWN OH AND TRUCK

also, if there are any aftermarket electronics in the vehicle, you should try disconnecting them then try to restore again. (stereo, amps, trailerbrake, etc)
