UPDATE inTune won't power up FIXED

Good news is I received my inTune. Bad news is it doesn't power up when connected to a vehicle.
It powers up when connected to computer and was able to register, but nothing when hooked to my truck. Tried my wifes car as well and no dice.

What make of vehicle do you have?

I have the same problem now. I have a 09 challenger RT. I have already downloaded a couple of the different tunes offered from the itune. It now doesnt power up when hooked up to my car. It powers up when i connect it to my computer. Any advice?

Check your fuses for the ODB port, cig lighter, aux power fuses usually.

Hard time believing that fuses would be blown on both vehicles. Phone charger still works so guessing cig fuse is good.

Good point ... missed the tried on wifes car. Local retailer, if so return for another or RMA through DiabloSport.

Well the new or rebuilt inTune arrived today. I was never notified what was wrong with the original, just that it had shipped. Updated it and ran out for lunch and loaded in the 87 octane tune. Definatly runs different, "butt" dyno says more power.

Question:
Three tunes were selectable:
87 octane
MPG booster
Diablo tune

Do those corespond to 87, 91, 93 octanes?

mpg booster is an 87 octane tune...

diablo tune is for 91 octane or higher...
