U 7194 2007 new silverado

Please help, my truck will not start after the tune. tried to reinstall stock tune, but predator is saying unable to read vehicle. even after i just installed the 87 octane tune. i am stuck without my truck now.

The version is V8r03, born date 02-20-2007.
